Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential investors and funding partners
Present investment opportunities from our development and production slate with clarity and confidence
Negotiate and close deals that align with Lima Films’ financial and creative objectives
Represent the company at high-level meetings, pitch sessions, and industry events
Stay ahead of entertainment finance trends and investor sentiment across the global market
Qualification
Required
A proven ability to raise capital or broker strategic deals — ideally in entertainment, finance, or private equity
Deep knowledge of investor psychology, risk appetite, and financial modeling, especially within media investments
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality — disciplined, driven, and able to work independently
Preferred
An existing network of high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, or media financiers is strongly preferred
