Responsibilities

Lead enterprise printer administration and management
Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc (WinMagic) functionality
Perform installations, updates, and infrastructure upgrades
Implement and maintain advanced security controls in Okta and related systems
Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation for system rewrites and operations
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and business processes
Operate independently with minimal supervision

Required

Documentation creation for infrastructure and system rewrites
Strong verbal and written communication skills
