Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate retail sites across assigned markets
Lead lease and LOI negotiations with landlords and brokers
Advise franchisees on site selection and market strategy
Partner with Franchise Development, Construction, Legal, and Finance
Track deals and pipelines using FranConnect and internal systems
Utilize demographic and GIS tools to support data-driven decisions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of commercial retail real estate experience
Background in franchised, multi-unit, or service-based retail
Strong site selection and lease negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred
FranConnect or similar franchise development platforms
GIS software for market and trade area analysis
Inline, endcap, or street retail experience
