The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing power semiconductor products
The candidate must be proficient in defining new products and aligning them with market demands while ensuring the profitability of the overall product portfolio
Additionally, expertise in roadmap management is crucial, enabling the candidate to strategically plan and prioritize product development initiatives
A comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management is imperative, with the capability to manage products from concept to retirement
The candidate should also demonstrate strong P&L management, market research and competitive analysis skills
Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role
The candidate must exhibit exceptional oral and written communication abilities to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams
Furthermore, a robust technical foundation in power semiconductor devices and power electronic systems is required to adeptly navigate the complexities associated with the products under management
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent degree
3 years of experience in managing product lifecycle, developing roadmap strategy, and overseeing P&L management of power semiconductor products
Proficient in market research and competitive analysis
Strong understanding of business principles and effective collaboration skills to facilitate teamwork across functions
Excellent oral and written skills for presentations and information sharing
