Freelance Project Manager - Healthcare Advertising
Responsibilities
Manage budgets, scopes, and schedules—ensuring cross-department alignment and accountability
Serve as a client-facing liaison, balancing internal coordination with external communication
Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget
Proactively assess risks, implement mitigation plans, and escalate issues as necessary
Drive team alignment by coordinating cross-functional meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring stakeholder accountability
Work closely with clients and internal teams to clarify project scope, set expectations, and deliver regular status updates
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and optimize processes within the PMO
Ensure quality control processes are followed for all deliverables, consistent with project complexity and risk
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of hands-on project management experience in a professional environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Experience managing DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) advertising projects
Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid schedule based in New York City
