Responsibilities
Manage and coach comprehensive maintenance crews that primarily speak Spanish offering services ranging from Lawn Mowing, Lawn Care Applications, Seasonal Cleanups/Plantings and related such as irrigation and lighting maintenance
Build relationships with new and existing customers to ensure they are receiving the highest level of care
Address customer needs and provide excellent customer service
Conduct some sales and estimating to gain new customers and recommend upgraded services to existing customers
Report on Key Performance Indicators and achieve production goals to the highest quality standards and profitability
Qualification
Required
Previous account management and/or lawn and landscape management experience
Knowledge, identification and care practices of common regional zone 5-6 plants and lawn care, turf grass varieties, diseases, weeds, insects and related
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Professional experience and/or training in specific disciplines of landscape installation and maintenance, particularly mowing operations, lawn care, plant care and related
Related course work and degree(s), licensures, certifications, and training i.e. PA Department of Agriculture Certifications with Core and applicable categories
Management experience of multiple crews or even of a maintenance department
Proficient in operating lawn equipment, trucks and trailers
Smartphone and tablet capabilities for Company operations and communication i.e. Aspire Software, Microsoft Teams, etc
