The Senior Frontend Software Engineer will own and evolve the core engine of Carry: Money Movement, designing and building new investment products while mentoring teammates and ensuring code quality.

Responsibilities

Design and build new investment products, including everything from real-time crypto trading to personalized financial plans
Own features end-to-end—writing PRDs, creating TDDs, planning tests, and delivering to product
Build new portfolio analytics and dashboards to help users understand and optimize their investments
Automate key operations workflows so we can scale to thousands of customers
Set the standard for code quality and mentor teammates as we grow

Qualification

PythonReactPostgreSQLTypeScriptDjangoAWSCode QualityMentoring

Required

5+ years of Python development experience in production environments
Experience owning and maintaining live services, including monitoring, alerting, and deployment
Strong experience with relational databases like PostgrSQL

Preferred

Bonus: direct experience building money movement or payment systems
