Build industry experience across a variety of departments
Receive mentorship and education from expert professionals in the industry
Immerse in the daily processes across various departments such as Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Condominiums/HOA’s, PEO, Claims, Benefits, Sales, Bonds, and agency operations
Meet with and learn from sales producers and equity partners while also attending loss control inspections and sales meetings
Training and education will include insurance laws, familiarity with insurance carriers, lines of insurance, sales, and more
