Responsibilities
Identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for the company’s products or services
Creating a strong pipeline of opportunities that fuels the success of the sales team
Researching and segmenting target markets, identifying decision-makers within organizations
Using multiple outreach channels—such as cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and social media engagement—to connect with prospects
Qualifying leads based on specific criteria, ensuring that account executives receive prospects who are ready and able to engage in meaningful sales conversations
Scheduling discovery calls, product demos, or meetings, and documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system
Providing feedback on campaign performance and prospect insights to improve lead generation efforts
