Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer accounts within your assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand territory growth
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and our recruiting/delivery team
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing account success
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
Strong understanding of rates, mark-ups, and pricing structures
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in creating and managing reports and spreadsheets
Comfortable conducting outreach and maintaining an active field presence
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
