Responsibilities
Execute cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation procedures
Operate under strict aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols
Follow SOPs and GDPs for documentation and compliance
Collaborate in a team-based environment, reporting deviations and supporting quality investigations
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in aseptic or cleanroom settings
Recent graduates with laboratory or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply
Understanding of biology, chemistry, or clinical practices
Familiarity with cGMP/FDA regulations
Comfortable in a cleanroom for extended periods (up to 6 hrs)
Bachelor's, Associate/Medical Technical degree with 2+ years of experience, or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years in manufacturing
