Responsibilities

Gain exposure to a number of disciplines within investment banking and capital markets

Sharpen financial analysis skills

Develop an understanding of corporate markets and clients

Gain experience in corporate finance and with investment banking products through on-the-job training

Support internal and external clients

Assist in capital raising in the public and private markets for acquisitions, strategic financing, and the strengthening of balance sheets

Help senior bankers in the origination and execution across a range of situations

Assess the strength of the equity issuance markets

Investor targeting and outreach

Support live deals
