Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day sales and operations support
Enter and maintain sales order data and documentation
Assist with billing, reporting, and order changes
Organize, scan, and maintain sales and office records
Help manage product samples—pulling, packing, shipping, and tracking inventory
Receive and process daily product deliveries
Support inventory counts, order pulling, and light production work as needed
Assist with office organization, supplies, and mail
Coordinate product donations and assist with trade show prep
Support marketing with photo, copy, and product sample requests
Pitch in on special projects and cross-team support as needed
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking skills
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Adaptable, flexible, and willing to jump in where help is needed
Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical tasks when needed
Preferred
Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
