Guide members through the process—from first hello to final signature
Ensure a smooth, timely, and stress-free experience
Recommend credit union products and services that meet members’ needs
Qualification
Required
Experience in originating secondary market mortgage loans, portfolio mortgage loans, and home equity loans and lines of credit
Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Rural Housing, and Maine State Housing guidelines
Strong grasp of the mortgage lending process from start to finish
Confidence in recommending credit union products and services that meet members' needs
Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems
Positive energy and enthusiasm for helping people achieve homeownership
