Director, Global Systems Integrators

They are seeking a seasoned Director, Global Systems Integrators to own and scale their global strategic partnerships, drive executive alignment, and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Own the global relationship and operating model for HCL and LTTS
Define and execute multi-year global business plans, including revenue targets, industry priorities, investment alignment, and joint solution strategy
Establish executive governance structures, operating cadence, and success metrics across PTC, HCL, and LTTS
Act as the global escalation point and internal advocate for partner success
Drive proactive global pipeline generation and revenue growth through joint GTM motions, co-sell execution, and strategic account alignment
Partner with regional sales and partner leaders to ensure consistent execution across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
Track, forecast, and report global pipeline and bookings performance against agreed KPIs
Identify whitespace opportunities by industry, geography, and solution area
Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to develop scalable, repeatable joint solutions aligned to PTC’s strategic priorities (PLM, ALM, Digital Thread, IoT, AI)
Support the development of industry-specific offerings, accelerators, and reference architectures with HCL and LTTS
Ensure alignment between partner delivery capabilities and PTC’s technology roadmap
Ensure partner sales, technical, and delivery teams are fully enabled on PTC’s value proposition and GTM approach
Drive readiness across certifications, solution incubation, and field engagement models
Lead regular global and regional business reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Build trusted relationships with senior executives across HCL, LTTS, and PTC
Represent PTC in executive briefings, customer engagements, industry events, and partner forums
Influence senior stakeholders across matrixed global organizations to drive shared outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in global partner/alliance management, enterprise sales, or business development within enterprise or industrial software ecosystems
Proven success managing large GSIs at a global level, including joint GTM execution and revenue accountability
Strong understanding of GSI operating models, delivery frameworks, and co-sell motions
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across complex, matrixed organizations
Strong analytical and business planning skills with experience driving pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue outcomes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
Based in the United States with willingness to travel internationally
Preferred
Experience with industrial or engineering software (PLM, ALM, Digital Thread, IoT)
Prior experience working with or at GSIs such as HCL, LTTS, TCS, Accenture, or Deloitte
Experience operating across multiple global regions
Background in building industry-specific or solution-led partner offerings
