Fleet Emergency Preparedness Developer
Vistra Corp. is a global leader in energy management, and they are seeking a Fleet Emergency Preparedness Developer to support and oversee site emergency preparedness functions. The role involves developing knowledge of industry standards, partnering with site leaders, and improving the emergency preparedness program.

Responsibilities
Provides Emergency Preparedness expertise and knowledge in support of the EP Program
Supports the drill and exercise program by performing or supporting scenario development, evaluation, reporting, and performance improvement
Generally assigned an EP function(s), such as Offsite Planning, Scenario Development, etc. to ensure standardization across all sites
Keeps EP Leadership apprised of issues pertaining to compliance, continuous improvement, or relationships
Develops a network of industry peers through professional development, such as industry working groups, conferences, or trainings
Supports site EP functions, as needed
Other duties, as assigned by EP Leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in technical area, emergency management, or closely related field and 5 years industry experience OR Applicable Professional certs/quals (e.g., Licensed Operator, CHP, CEM, PMP, PE, SRO CERT) within 1 year of hiring and 5 years combined of EP and Plant work experience
Strong quantitative skills and business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
