Responsibilities
Support SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) planning and reporting processes
Assist with financial systems data validation, issue triage, and post-go-live support
Provide ongoing support during implementation, go-live, and hypercare phases
Develop and execute UAT scripts and test scenarios
Coordinate testing activities and guide business users through test cases
Track defects, support resolution, and perform regression testing
Document test results in compliance with control requirements
Perform initial Workiva setup including folders, access, and master data linkage
Support integration between planning systems and reporting platforms
Assist with testing and validation of reporting workflows
Create and maintain detailed training documentation
Support and/or lead end-user training sessions
Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilization periods
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A
Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting principles
Hands-on experience supporting FP&A or financial systems projects
Proven experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management
Experience creating training materials and supporting user adoption
Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Large-scale finance transformation or financial systems implementation
SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC)
Workiva reporting platform
Workday exposure (finance or data integration related)
Financial systems testing and data automation experience
