Responsibilities
Optimize manufacturing and assembly processes to reduce cycle time and waste
Perform labor analysis and set standards using MOST methodology
Support plant layout, facility planning, and process improvements
Improve material flow, logistics, and inventory efficiency
Implement quality and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
Enhance workstation design, ergonomics, and workforce productivity
Support and lead continuous improvement and production projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory)
MOST certification with hands-on experience using MOST for labor standards
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Ability to work onsite 4 days/week (5:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Flexibility to work Fridays/Saturdays as needed
Availability to start onsite by January 26, 2026
