Adjudicate call balances and process necessary adjustments
Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring clear communication and support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in medical or EMS billing strongly desired
Knowledge of insurance processes and claim submission
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Additional billing or healthcare coursework
Spanish language proficiency
