Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations
Conduct research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations; communicate regulatory changes to clients and team members
Provide strategic tax planning, analyze financial statements, and identify tax-saving opportunities
Advise clients on tax implications of transactions, investments, and financial decisions
Assist with tax audits, prepare supporting schedules, and calculate tax provisions for financial reporting
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication

Required

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration

Preferred

Master's in Taxation
CPA
