They are seeking a High-Commission Sales Representative to drive enrollment for their Elite Mentoring program, which helps participants master evidence-based research and achieve publication success in just 12 weeks.

Responsibilities
Recruit and enroll high-caliber participants to fill 3 cohorts of 100 students each per year (totaling 300 students annually)
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, including lead generation, outreach via social media, email campaigns, webinars, and partnerships
Build a sustainable recruitment program to ensure consistent pipeline growth, leveraging data-driven insights and automation tools
Collaborate with us to refine messaging, track performance metrics, and optimize conversion rates
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new students
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in high-stakes sales, ideally in education, coaching, online courses, or mentoring programs
Experience recruiting for cohort-based programs or achieving high-volume enrollments (e.g., 100+ participants per cycle)
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent communication and persuasion skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; passion for research/education is a plus
