They are seeking a Senior Project Controls Coordinator to provide administrative support to senior management in construction services, manage project documentation, and ensure data integrity within their tracking systems.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Directors, General Managers, and VP of Construction Services
Prepare reports, data/close-out packages, summaries, proposals, and correspondence to project management, the client and other vendors
Work with the project controls group on job set-up with accounting
Assist Project Director’s in scheduling updates on regular basis
Work with the project controls group on billings and payments
Work with the project controls group and accounting on any invoicing and purchase order issues
Create, View, Filter, and Report in the OneVizion Tracking System
Run comparisons and work with construction services to ensure data integrity within OneVizion
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma/GED
Domestic Travel
Valid Government Issued Driver's License
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch
Ability to stand, walk and sit
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Visual ability correctable to 20/20
Sitting up to 90% of the day
Ability to respond verbally in an understandable, professional manner in person and over the telephone
Manual dexterity to input data into the computer and the calculator and operate the equipment listed above
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Preferred
Associates Degree preferred
3-5 years relevant experience
