Responsibilities

Act as a leader and driver, preparing, driving, and following up on requirements and delivery needs for complex, data-centric initiatives

Lead the definition and documentation of business-level customer data requirements, including field mappings and validation rules, in partnership with business, data governance, and delivery teams

Define and communicate business requirements for system-to-system integrations, including data consumption expectations, dependencies, and sequencing, while partnering with technical teams for implementation

Support initiatives involving the sunset of legacy customer data systems by investigating existing data and processes, identifying gaps and risks, and ensuring continuity into future-state platforms

Lead the understanding, documentation, and articulation of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a strong emphasis on data and integration

Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Digital Technology, IT, Data Governance, Integration, Engineering, CX, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Logistics to ensure alignment and shared understanding

Operate effectively in environments with limited documentation or institutional knowledge, proactively surfacing unknowns and helping teams make informed decisions

Partner closely with the Product Owner, Solution Architects, and Technical Leads to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and aligned with delivered solutions

Support the use of Salesforce as a core customer data platform, ensuring business requirements account for object relationships, field usage, and downstream data consumption across the enterprise

Advise and assist with the alignment and cleanup of customer data between legacy systems and Salesforce by clarifying business rules, identifying data inconsistencies, and supporting validation efforts
