Oversee accurate and timely processing of U.S. and Canadian payroll for a fast-growing organization with a large hourly workforce
Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations while delivering exceptional service to employees and leaders
Qualification
Required
5+ years payroll experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
Experience with U.S. and Canadian payroll and high-volume, multi-state/province environments
Strong knowledge of UKG (UltiPro) and Kronos/UKG Dimensions
Familiarity with FLSA, ESA, and provincial standards; CPP, PCP, or FPC preferred
Proven ability to improve accuracy and scale payroll operations
