Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for Guidewire PolicyCenter and related components
Lead end-to-end design, development, and configuration of Guidewire solutions
Make technical decisions, guide development teams, and manage stakeholder expectations
Design and implement innovative software solutions aligned with business requirements
Facilitate team meetings to ensure collaboration, alignment, and delivery excellence
Mentor and coach team members to drive skill enhancement and continuous improvement
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
Oversee Guidewire integrations with external systems and internal platforms
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
Qualification
Required
Guidewire Certification is mandatory
Guidewire PolicyCenter
Guidewire Integration
Guidewire Advanced Product Designer
Approximately 8+ years of overall Guidewire experience
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire development experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
Preferred
2–3 years in a Technical Lead role preferred
