Responsibilities

Report to Learning lead and collaborate with learning product team to support the project, including requirements gathering, solution design advisory (will not be responsible of configuration, testing )
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Advise clients on best practices and strategies for implementing and optimizing Workday Learning Management solutions
Assess client requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet business objectives
Provide subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
Identify and resolve issues related to Workday Learning Management modules
Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure clients receive the most effective solutions
Provide knowledge transfer to client teams

Required

Proven experience with Workday Learning Management, including advisory or consulting roles
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and integration points with Learning Management
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Workday Learning Certified, Experience with implementing WD Learning Management Module in at least 2 large scale programs
