Responsibilities
Prepare accurate concrete estimates for commercial and industrial projects
Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid analysis
Review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
Work closely with operations and leadership during bid reviews
Support multiple projects at various stages of preconstruction
Qualification
Required
Experience estimating self-perform or subcontracted concrete work
Strong understanding of concrete materials, methods, and sequencing
Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, or similar
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
