Responsibilities

Serve as the senior accounting leader responsible for financial integrity, technical accounting, and scalable processes across a diverse portfolio including multifamily residential, hotel operations, food & beverage, and amenities
A hands-on and strategic role; owning close, reporting, lease accounting, and building systems that support continued growth and expansion
Ensure accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial statements
Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals

Required

Serve as the senior accounting leader responsible for financial integrity, technical accounting, and scalable processes across a diverse portfolio including multifamily residential, hotel operations, food & beverage, and amenities
A hands-on and strategic role; owning close, reporting, lease accounting, and building systems that support continued growth and expansion
Ensure accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial statements
Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
10–12+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge

Preferred

CPA preferred
Multifamily real estate accounting experience (strongly preferred)
Experience with property management systems (Entrata, Yardi, or similar)
POS system integrations (Toast or similar) a plus
