Seasonal Tax Assistant
Tri-CAP is looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Seasonal Tax Assistant to join their Tax Team. The role involves assisting clients with the tax intake process and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Welcome clients and manage the check-in process
Review and verify documentation
Create a friendly, professional experience for every client
Qualification
Required
Basic Math & Data Entry Skills - You will be assisting with basic math and data entry as a part of the intake process
Strong Office Skills and Computer Proficiency - Ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and other basic computer skills
Ability to handle high call volume - Ability to provide polite, friendly customer service over the phone, to all participants
Strong attention to detail and adaptability
Customer service mindset - Must show a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting, assisting clients from a variety of backgrounds
Availability for some travel may be required (agency vehicle or mileage reimbursement)
Preferred
Tax Knowledge and/or IRS Certification (Preferred) - experience in taxes or IRS certification is a plus, but we will provide training!
