Responsibilities

Support of xTuple ERP system and any associated subsystems, including implementation of future upgrades and migration from an on-premises to a cloud-based environment
Support of Configure One configuration/quoting system
Assistance with support of Salesforce CRM system primarily supported by a Sika corporate team
Manage internal sales and financial reporting processes
Solve problems, create tools, and train colleagues
This role does require work outside of normal business hours in order to meet goals and minimize business impact

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field
Business and I/T experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Experience with an ERP system is required
Database administration and support experience with relational databases and SQL tools is required
Commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills
Flexibility to move between diverse types of tasks, and the desire to do so

Postgres experience
