This role focuses specifically on the Supply Chain Management and Finance domains, leading the 'people side of change' across all phases to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

Lead change management strategy for Workday Finance and Supply Chain initiatives, including Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting

Conduct thorough stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness analyses across the finance and supply chain organizations

Design and deliver comprehensive change plans, including communication, training, engagement, and adoption strategies aligned with Workday deployment milestones

Advise executive sponsors and functional leaders on effective change strategies and risk mitigation

Serve as a critical bridge between the Organizational Effectiveness teams and Workday program leadership

Collaborate with training teams to ensure role-based learning is perfectly aligned with redesigned business processes and Workday functionality

Coach senior leaders to effectively fulfill their roles as change sponsors and reinforce long-term adoption

Equipping frontline managers and supervisors to lead their teams through system and process transitions

Define and monitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics; recommend and implement corrective actions as required

Required

Proven experience leading change management specifically for Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations

Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes within complex, matrixed organizations

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and navigate cross-functional stakeholder environments

Expert application of structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)

Exceptional facilitation, verbal communication, and executive-level presentation skills

Preferred

Experience within Healthcare, large-scale enterprise, or shared services environments

History of supporting multi-module Workday deployments
