Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business areas
Own the candidate experience by coordinating virtual and onsite interviews, assessment days, and other hiring touchpoints
Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive updates
Liaise with hiring teams to gather interview feedback, align on next steps, and maintain momentum in the process
Draft offer documents and facilitate communication with candidates through the offer and onboarding stages
Contribute to broader recruiting and HR initiatives, such as process documentation, survey management, competency updates, and reporting
Support large-scale recruiting events and internship program operations
Oversee administrative elements, including expense reports and invoice processing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded institution; strong academic record
Prior experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or a related professional environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; comfort managing scheduling tools and meeting requests
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with poise and executive presence
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through
A proactive, self-driven approach combined with a collaborative team mindset
