Research Fellow -- AHA SFRN Cardiovascular Research Fellow (Basic Science Project)

Responsibilities
Focus on cell- and animal-based experimental studies that investigate the intersection between placental senescence, obesity, and cardiovascular disease
Extensive work with murine models
Cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic phenotyping
Senescence biology
Advanced molecular biology techniques
Multi-omics
Work with a dedicated AHA SFRN team
Collaborate with the Center’s clinical and population science teams
Collaborate with investigators in the national AHA SFRN network
Qualification
Required
PhD in a basic science discipline
Strong foundation in molecular biology
Experience with mouse models
Knowledge of multi-omics
Interest in women's cardiovascular health and aging biology
