Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
Monitor and operate building automation systems (BAS) to maintain optimal performance
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations
Conduct routine inspections and document findings
Assist with energy management initiatives and sustainability programs
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades
Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
3+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management practices
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
