Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards

Oversee projects typically valued at under $2 million, including service upgrades, retrofits, tenant fit-outs, and system replacements

Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

Handle all customer communications, including scope clarification, progress updates, issue resolution, and change order discussions

Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution

Engineer and troubleshoot HVAC solutions in the field, working closely with field supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors

Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project schedules

Prepare and manage project budgets, track costs, approve invoices, and forecast financial performance

Identify and manage change orders, including pricing, documentation, and client approval

Conduct job site visits to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and company standards

Collaborate with estimating, engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and execution

Support business development efforts by identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Ensure all project documentation, closeout packages, and warranties are completed accurately and on time
