Senior Learning Analytics Data Analyst

Responsibilities
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or comparable data visualization tools measuring learning participation, engagement, completion, satisfaction, and learning outcomes
Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from learning systems and related sources
Design metrics and KPIs to evaluate learning effectiveness, engagement, and workforce development outcomes
Work with learning management system (LMS) data and training evaluation tools to support decision-making
Analyze trends across live, virtual, and asynchronous learning modalities to inform instructional and delivery improvements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in conducting data analytics using SQL and experience in learning analytics, training evaluation, or Learning & Development reporting; OR
Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in conducting data analytics using SQL and experience in learning analytics, training evaluation, or Learning & Development reporting; OR
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in conducting data analytics using SQL and experience in learning analytics, training evaluation, or Learning & Development reporting; OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Must reside within Trillium's catchment area of North Carolina, which includes the following counties: Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wilson
Must be able to travel within catchment as required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Instructional Technology, Education, or a related field
Experience supporting Learning & Development, training evaluation, or workforce analytics
Familiarity with accessibility, compliance, or certification tracking in learning systems
Experience supporting multiple Learning & Development functions
