Mortgage Marketing Manager
Bell Bank is the largest family-and employee-owned bank in the upper Midwest, seeking a Mortgage Marketing Manager to lead marketing projects within their mortgage division. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of marketing and advertising projects for assigned mortgage division
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and task assignments
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs and improve delivery speed
Support large-scale, ongoing marketing initiatives with minimal oversight
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and project objectives
Partner with senior leadership, mortgage area managers and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and updates
Facilitate kick-off meetings and creative briefings to clarify project scope and expectations
Lead review meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaign planning
Support senior leadership in managing master marketing calendars and plans
Help define and implement best practices for project management and communication
Assist senior leadership in developing market research documents that include key audience demographics, geographical attributes, industry trends and the competition
Collaborate with senior leadership to investigate, analyze and implement technologies, services and/or vendor solutions
Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors
Coordinate follow-ups on estimates, proofs, and production of marketing materials
Lead and manage review meetings with stakeholders and area manager
Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible

Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line
Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, the Bell Bank Employee Conduct policies, the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field; or equivalent working experience
4 - 6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field
This position is required to travel to Bell locations within the assigned region
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Excel, PPT, Concur, JIRA, and Smartsheet or other project management tools used by the department
Computer skills relating to PC and MAC operations and the ability to quickly and accurately learn new software systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational, communication and telephone skills
Ability to present a professional image at all times
Flexibility in handling multiple tasks
Proficient typing skills including grammar, spelling, editing and proofreading
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the nature of the position
