Candidate is expected to be on shift during weekdays and some of the weekends
This team handles all the operational and maintenance activities

The tool and its implementation is customised by the client, which also gives the candidate a very good scope for learning service now
Although it is production support, this team handles code fixes and minor enhancements, which is an edge over other implementations
Qualification
Required
Only US Citizen and Green Card Required
Service Now: 5-8 years
Unix: 3-5 years
Oracle SQL: 5-8 years
Service now certified system administrator is a mandatory certification
Preferred
Other micro certifications in HRSD/ITSM/CSDM could be beneficial
