Responsibilities
As a solar sales rep, you’ll spark conversations with homeowners face-to-face
Book clean appointments for our closers (proven pitch process provided)
Train daily, sharpen your skills, and build momentum toward becoming a closer yourself
Qualification
Required
18+ years old
Competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow
Flexible full-time availability (incl. evenings/Saturdays)
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Reliable transportation (up to ~45–50 miles for fieldwork, trainings, and meetings)
