onsemi is seeking a Maintenance Equipment Technician (CMP) in Gresham, OR. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (CMP) at onsemi's premier 200mm manufacturing facility, you will work in a dynamic team environment, perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on a variety of innovative semiconductor manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root cause, and make reliability improvement recommendations
Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals
Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair of equipment
Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications
Perform scheduled tool qualifications
Vendor management and coordination
Opportunity to provide leadership to other technicians by providing training and mentoring
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work Shift: B shift Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, e/o Saturday
High-level attention to detail
Methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivator; ability to work independently under general guidance and direction
Ability to independently learn systems and processes associated with the role
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in constrained spaces and awkward positions
Ability to apply force full exertion

Preferred

Associate/technical degree or currently working towards a degree
5+ years of prior technician experience
CMP area equipment experience: AMAT Mirra/ OnTrak, AMAT Mirra/ Mesa, IPEC 776/7700, and IPEC Momentum/OnTrak
MS Excel and Word skills a plus
