Technical Expertise:

Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, and CI/CDP and Customer Journey modules

Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

Azure services (Event Hub, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Databricks)

CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

Data Skills: Strong understanding of data unification, identity resolution, and analytics

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (preferred)

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
