Head of Performance Media (DTC)
Acquire is supporting a fast-growing consumer brand in its search for a senior performance marketer to own and scale a $10M+ annual paid media budget. This high-impact role involves leading performance marketing with a focus on Meta and TikTok, budget ownership, and collaboration with creative and brand teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities
You’ll lead performance marketing end-to-end, with primary ownership of:
Full ownership of paid social across Meta & TikTok
Scaling large budgets efficiently and profitably
Creative testing frameworks and performance feedback
Account structure, bidding, and optimization
Expansion into new channels like YouTube, TV, podcasts, AppLovin, etc
Budget allocation using incrementality, attribution, and MMM
Qualification
Required
Proven experience owning $10M+ in annual paid media spend
Deep hands-on expertise in Meta and TikTok
Strong creative sensibility — you know what good performance creative looks like
Experience scaling beyond paid social into new channels
Solid understanding of incrementality, attribution, and MMM
Background within a fast-growing (product-based) consumer/DTC environment
Strategic thinker who still loves being in the weeds
