This role will support their growing portfolio of affordable housing developments, focusing on real estate and financing transactions from the borrower/sponsor perspective.

Responsibilities

Represent the borrower/sponsor in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings

Lead and manage affordable housing transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, partnership and operating agreements, development agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and related transactional documents

Coordinate with internal development, finance, asset management, and construction teams throughout the transaction lifecycle

Manage outside counsel, lenders, investors, and governmental agencies
