Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting across client portfolios using a structured, high-quality workflow
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical and non-technical roles
Connect with candidates to understand strengths, career drivers, and long-term goals
Write clear candidate summaries that help clients understand alignment
Support candidates through the interview process while serving as a reliable advisor
Maintain organized documentation within the CRM and ATS
Serve onsite as a direct point of contact for client HR needs, questions, and updates
Provide everyday guidance rooted in policy, compliance, and best practices
Adapt to each client’s culture while upholding quality and consistency in service
Build trusted relationships through steady communication and problem solving
Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and support payroll changes
Prepare reports and track workforce metrics
Assist with benefits inquiries and enrollment support
Support compliance reviews and process audits
Lead HR projects such as handbook updates, policy rollouts, onboarding improvements, and engagement initiatives
Organize internal workflows that keep clients prepared for renewals, deadlines, and recurring HR cycles
Communicate timelines clearly and deliver work with accuracy
Support surveys, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts at client sites
Reinforce communication and teamwork through dependable, thoughtful service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must live in or near the Apex, NC area
Experience working with multiple clients or in a consulting environment
Strong recruiting background with comfort handling fast-paced, high-volume work
Coachable, motivated, and open to feedback
Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people throughout the day
Driven, organized, and business-minded with a focus on doing work the right way
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Prior HR experience, typically 2 to 5 years, in HR operations, recruiting, or people support
Ability and willingness to work onsite at client locations up to five days per week
