Education Management
Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy
Deliver clinical interventions that support emotional and academic stability
Engage families through programming and parent support groups
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with school and ESS teams
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards
Qualification
Required
Master's degree and active clinical license (LMSW/LCSW, LPCA/LPC, or LMFTA/LMFT) in the state of service
Minimum 2 years' experience with children or adolescents facing behavioral or emotional challenges
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Preferred
A clinical license in CT AND NY
Experience collaborating with school districts
