1+ years expeTeam is seeking a Data Entry / Billing Support Associate who will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities by accurately reviewing, validating, and entering data into billing systems. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks under immediate supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Review data for deficiencies, errors, and inconsistencies; correct inaccuracies and verify output for accuracy and completeness
Compile, sort, and verify information to prepare source data for entry into billing systems and applications
Research and obtain additional information for incomplete or incorrect data entries
Provide daily administrative and operational support to Operations teams
Perform routine data entry into both formatted and unformatted systems, screens, and documents
Assist with basic formatting and documentation tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures
Follow organizational standards, policies, and guidelines while completing assigned responsibilities
Perform assigned duties under immediate supervision
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of relevant clerical, administrative, or data entry experience
Familiarity with data entry processes and keyboarding functions
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interest in data management and administrative operations
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage ad-hoc requests
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Experience with billing systems or billing-related applications
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment
Demonstrated flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity
