Responsibilities

Master the command center of building systems, including mission-critical fire/life safety, advanced HVAC, sophisticated electrical infrastructure (UPS, PDU, generators, primary switch gear), and emergency backup systems that protect valuable digital assets

Become the technical detective who analyzes complex system operations, identifies problems before they escalate, and implements swift solutions that prevent costly downtime

Transform into a multi-disciplined technical expert capable of executing precision installations and repairs across plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and control systems

Serve as the guardian of critical equipment, including UPS systems, generators, chillers, and specialized cooling infrastructure that cannot fail

Orchestrate and oversee contractor activities to ensure all work meets the exacting standards required in critical environments

Champion meticulous documentation practices and emergency protocols that safeguard operations during high-pressure situations
