Responsibilities
Schedule, organize, and confirm visitor tours
Greet visitors, provide orientation, and ensure all safety and PPE requirements are met
Deliver outstanding guest experiences, including special tours and event support
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues
Maintain visitor records, including waivers, databases, and reporting
Support and train tour guides; identify and implement process improvements
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or visitor services
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI experience is a plus
Must be professional, energetic, reliable, and able to work independently
Preferred
Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
