Responsibilities
Learn the process of identifying profiles for candidate pool
Learn how to screen candidates
Learn from the different specialties within the team: Talent Acquisition, Project Management, HRIS, Benefits, etc
Assisting in different projects
Learn the use of WD on various modules
Develop communication skills and will shadow in interviews of all areas
Participate in meetings with all the areas to learn about BSI structure and platform
Continue to develop strong Excel and Data analytic skills while working in reconciliation of data and presenting valuable information for decision making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree - Required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate
Willing to learn and get hands-on experience
Attention to detail and follow through
Dedication to the team's success
Languages: English & Spanish
