Review title paperwork to ensure it meets specified requirements
Communicate with customers, F&I managers, DMV, and other entities regarding proper documentation for all vehicle purchases
Review all deal jackets to ensure proper signatures and forms are completed
Follow up and communicate with F&I managers to resolve outstanding issues
Maintain logs and schedules to ensure proper documentation
Stay abreast of county and state title regulation requirements
Assist with other duties assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
Individuals with excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Possess strong communication skills
Review title paperwork to ensure it meets specified requirements
Communicate with customers, F&I managers, DMV, and other entities regarding proper documentation for all vehicle purchases
Review all deal jackets to ensure proper signatures and forms are completed
Follow up and communicate with F&I managers to resolve outstanding issues

Stay abreast of county and state title regulation requirements
Assist with other duties assigned by manager
Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
Highschool diploma or equivalent

Prior automotive experience preferred
